Reward waiting times
Survey points always credit straight away. Offer rewards can still be cancelled by the advertiser after they arrive, so some of them wait a little before they land in your balance. How long depends on how much the reward pays and on your level — the higher your level, the faster your rewards clear.

What else affects the wait
- Offers that ask you to buy something, start a paid trial or enter card details always wait at least 14 days, because advertisers cancel those latest.
- As soon as the advertiser confirms your reward, it is released immediately — whatever time was left on the clock.
- If one of your rewards was cancelled in the last 30 days, your waiting times move one row up until that ages out.
- Survey points are never held. They go straight into your balance.
Cashing out
- Waiting times only apply to rewards. They never change your payout rules.
- Your first claim has a $5 minimum and is checked by hand. After it is paid, every later claim is sent automatically from $1.
- We never ask you for ID documents, a selfie or a passport.
