Reward waiting times
Survey points always credit straight away. Offer rewards can still be cancelled by the advertiser after they arrive, so some of them wait a little before they land in your balance. How long depends on how much the reward pays and on your level — the higher your level, the faster your rewards clear.

What else affects the wait
- Offers that ask you to buy something wait at least 14 days. Subscriptions, trials, deposits, banking and card offers wait up to 30 days, or the advertiser's own validation date. Your level never shortens these.
- As soon as the advertiser confirms your reward, it is released immediately — whatever time was left on the clock.
- Each milestone of a game or offer is judged on its own value — milestones are never added together. Only the reward that crosses your level's limit waits; the rest of your balance stays available.
- Survey points are never held. They go straight into your balance.
Cashing out
- Waiting times only apply to rewards. They never change your payout rules.
- Your first claim has a $5 minimum and is checked by hand. After it is paid, every later claim is sent automatically from $1.
- We never ask you for ID documents, a selfie or a passport.
