Referral Program Rules

1. How the program works

• Every member gets a personal referral link containing their unique referral code.
• A referral is registered when a new member opens your link and creates their account in that same browser session.
• The referral is attached at sign-up only. It cannot be added, changed or transferred afterwards.
• Each new account can be attributed to one referrer, and only for its first registration.

2. Commission tiers

You receive a lifetime share of the points your referrals earn from credited surveys and offers. The rate starts at 5% and rises to 15%.

• Tiers are unlocked by affiliate earnings only — the commission you have already earned: 6% at $25, 7% at $125, 8% at $375, 9% at $1,000, 10% at $2,500, 12% at $7,500 (plus $750 earned in the last 30 days), 15% at $25,000 (plus $2,500 earned in the last 30 days). The number of sign-ups or friends never unlocks a tier.
• Your current rate applies to activity credited from that point on. It is never applied retroactively.
• The commission is paid in points, on top of what your referral earns. Nothing is deducted from them.
• Commission comes from credited survey and offer activity. Activity that is reversed, refunded or cancelled by the provider generates no commission, and commission already paid on reversed activity can be corrected.

3. Activation bonus

• The two-sided activation bonus is separate from the tiers. A referral counts as activated once they have earned 200 points from credited surveys or offers.
• You then receive 100 points and your friend receives 100 points, once per account.
• Sign-ups alone never pay anything, and activation bonuses never count towards your commission tier.

4. How referral points are paid

• Your full commission, at every tier, is recorded in your Waiting Balance as your referral's activity is credited, and moves to your available balance only when you press Collect.
• Your side of the activation bonus is held the same way until you press Collect. Your referral's side of the activation bonus is credited to them instantly.
• Referral points count towards your balance and can be cashed out under the normal payout rules, including the $5 minimum on your first claim.
• Referral points give no XP, so they do not move your level.

5. Eligibility

• You may only invite real people who agree to receive your invitation.
• Bulk emailing, spam, paid traffic that misrepresents Rewario Surveys, incentivised sign-up lists and posting your link where it is not allowed are prohibited.
• Invitations must never promise guaranteed earnings, fixed income or rewards we do not offer.

6. Fraud is not allowed

• Referring fake accounts, accounts you control yourself, or yourself is not allowed.
• Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, hosting IPs or any tool that hides or falsifies location or identity is not allowed.
• Any other manipulation of the referral program, including trading, selling or automating sign-ups, is not allowed.
• The invited account that breaks these rules loses its earnings and can be permanently blocked without payout. Your own account is not blocked for an invalid referral, but no commission is paid on it.
• Repeated or deliberate abuse from the same referrer can lead to removal from the referral program and, in serious cases, closure of the account.

7. Changes and decisions

• We may update the commission rates or these rules at any time. Changes apply from the moment they are published on this page.
• Referral balances and referral activity shown in your account are our records of record.
• Where a referral looks invalid, we review the account activity before adjusting points, and our decision on invalid referrals is final.
